Fyi to ya all, my blood test results were much better after changing my diet to more fruits and vegatables. ie: beets, artichokes and lots of water. cutting out all fruit juices ( 28grams of sugar to 1 8oz glass), all fast food and quitting smoking. hope this helps. thanks viv.
